Hostify’s  Customer Service

Yesterday I requested a quote for an SSL Certificate from our web host company (Hostify based in Canberra). This is the reply I received from Dan (the company owner):

Hi xxx,

Before you worry about the SSL side of things – I was wondering what has happened to the site? It looks absolutely horrendous? I think we need to have a chat about your plans for the site in general.

As you will remember we have gone above and beyond our service level to help you out. Regards,

Dan

I would appreciate readers comments on the site so I can determine what puts it in the category of “absolutely horrendous” and make the necessary improvements . I would really appreciate honest answers (don’t hold back) – if you could complete the contact form under the Contact Heading or email: webmaster@asoc.net.au it would be appreciated.
