The Spring Exhibition is the premier event in the ASOC calendar. Over 300 works are available for sale in all mediums and categories and there is something for everyone so please come along and support local art.
All members are encouraged to enter. Entering an art exhibition can initially be daunting. The ASOC exhibition aims to create a pleasant experience for members, where your work is shown alongside that of many other members, so you are not alone. You are gaining experience, feedback on your work and exposure where others will be able to admire your art.

The Spring Exhibition is open to ASOC Members only.
Our Magpie Room exhibition space at Dirty Janes in Fyshwick is now up and running and we have successfully shown our first exhibition featuring lovely work done by The Lanyon Group.
We’ve had very encouraging feedback and as our regular monthly exhibitions there become more widely known, we will attract more interest ad more viewers.
On 4th December, we will be starting a Christmas Exhibition open to all ASOC members, which will run until the beginning of January.
The theme will be ‘Virtual Holiday’. We’ve all really missed out on holiday fun this year so instead, we want you to share your dream holiday destinations with the public. A ‘Virtual Holiday’ might be the best we can all hope for during the next 12 months and a consoling holiday image would undoubtedly make a very welcome Christmas gift.
There will be a small size format ie no larger than 30cm x 30cm, or if rectangular, no higher than 30cm or wider than 30cm. This way we can accommodate up to 60 artworks in an ‘Academy Style’ presentation.
The 2020 Christmas Exhibition is open to ASOC Members only. If you are a member you will be able to find an entry form at this link or at My Account on the menu above. Terms and conditions are also on that link.
